Commercial and Technology Advisory Services

Project managed the development of the financial plan and budget, as part of the overall CFO agenda program, on behalf of a major MENA integrated telecoms operator
Participated in the development of a detailed business model regarding the transition from 2G to 3G, addressing both technical and commercial / business issues, on behalf of the biggest mobile operator in a key Asian market
Participated in the development of a 5-year Technology/Strategy Roadmap on behalf of a major integrated Middle Eastern telecoms operator
Project managed due diligence assignment on behalf of a major MENA integrated telecoms operator, in the process of acquiring controlling stake in a Middle Eastern incumbent operator. Project included development of the valuation business plan, premium calculation, bid book preparation and presentation to BoD for final approval. A final multi-billion ($) bid
